Last night I called and gave the info from my phone to get it verified. Today I checked my account 24hrs and it wasn't verified. I called again today and wrote down the info they wanted me to give, so after writing this down I called back once more and gave them my information again because I do believe I might've left out the mailing address in the previous e-mail. Will I get in trouble for leaving multiple voicemails? Sorry for the inconvenience!

Meant previous voicemail. Sorry about that. If you're running behind on verifications it's perfectly fine I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't doing anything wrong.

I left my voicemail 2 days ago and still nothing..
I havent ever had to do it before so i might of messed up and so i left a support ticket and still nothing after that.

said 24 hours but they might just be a little behind....

Please read other topics in the forum about this before posting yet another new thread. We have answered this probably 3-4 times.

Verifications are a little backed up because of the quantity that we are getting. All of them should be done within 24-48 hours of placing the call.

PLEASE do not call multiple times, as that just slows us down more.

Okay I apologize for calling twice. I will not call again. It's fine if you're just running behind I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong on my account. Also, it has been 3-4 days... I won't call or request a support ticket, but again I just want to make sure it's just because of the system and not me.

You do not have a zip code on file, so your account will not be verified until this is fixed. Once you have fixed it, please redo the voicemail call.

Fixed account information. Resent Voicemail with full address including state and zipcode etc.

Thank you very much for looking into this. The customer support for this site is fantastic.
