What does this mean

I went into my pending and Some offers had a red Lock next to them other had a box [] where i could click in it... What does that mean... it just randomly stopped at a certain amount of Offers.

When there is a red lock sign on an offer it means that it can not be redone and that you must wait for it to be added back to the offers list to redo it. Mostly just the clicks and offers with a limit of only 1 per person period have those.

for some reason in the past few days alot of the offers that have been crediting arnt anymore.. and ive been doing them the same way as always...

in the time since the 29th i went from 12 pending to 74 pending ....
