The admin made a post about it. This is the majority of it below.

"You can unlock items by completing offers, referring members, earning cash, and other things. While we won't give those requirements away, each item you unlock will then display what you need to do. PLEASE do not post the requirements here, lets keep it a surprise for everyone!"
