Every time i type in it now it says NO SPAM and my message wont go thru very weird i was just asking about the desktop smiley offer and it not having a download spot?? weird

you probably cleared your cookies right before it started doing that.. The admin said that that is what happens when you clear your cookies/get logged out. Make sure you are logged in and try again

When this happens you have to close the window'd shoutbox you have open and re-open another one. It happened to me like 8times tonight when I was doing offers.

The chatbox works with cookies. If your cookie keeps getting cleared, then the system thinks you are outside spam.

What I suggest is that you open the chat in a different browser than what you are using to do offers, since cookies for firefox and IE are stored in separate places.
