Where do the offers I have completed show?

The first offer I did credited. The rest of the offers I completed have not shown up as paid, pending or otherwise. I am unclear as to why this is happening.

From the offers (http://cashpirate.shiftcode.com/members/signupPTS.php) page, on the left hand side you can see your approved, pending, and denied offers.
