Just upgraded my acount to level 1 LOL I was wondering it says you will get a ref or may not is that for anyone thaat signs up or signs up under my link?

The referral upgrades give you a chance to catch blank referrals (users who signed up unrefereed). Anyone who signs up directly through your link will become your referral automatically.
