my e-mail is prohibited?

I tried to sign-up with Hotmail, when I found out about this site, I couldn't, says that it's prohibited, when yet, I've never had an account, so I had to sign-up with my GMail account

I'm trying to request payment to my PayPal, which my PayPal is my Hotmail account, but I can't change my e-mail is prohibited.

Please help, I really want to be paid.

We dont ask for your paypal email in your profile at all.

We only ask for your paypal email when you request a cashout via paypal.

You should be able to just type it in and get paid.
