The Quick Gifts may be nice--it's not a virtual visa--the receiver creates an account and can choose from lots of different merchants to chose a gift card for. These may be nice for amounts $25 and up. I've never used them personally, so I can't say as to what would be involved in sending them out--there may or may not be a fee involved. We definitely do this. Just open a trouble ticket with what you want, and we can give you a price. You can then decide if you want it or not.

You could use Alertpay they are very similar to paypal and to my knowledge have less issues with paying as far as temporarily suspending accounts and such.

Alertpay.com is free to join and like I said previous they are very similar to paypal.
