heres an example of how I keep track of my activities.I belong to multiple sites so I blacked them out,I think it is easier to do than using notepads.
This happens to be from google docs,which is a free program but you can also use excell or open office.I keep it downsized in the toolbar,and bring it up just before I start an offer,fill in the blanks and downsize it.I also use firefox to run the spreadsheet and IE to do the offers,that way when I close all the windows after completing offers it is one less program to start up again.
When I check my regular e-mail,I can see wich ones are complete and fill in the apropriate collum.Also the spreadsheet will sort the offers in alphabetical order for you,wich is a MAJOR time saver!
