I'm connecting to the internet through my phone using it as a bluetooth dial-up modem.. Because of this, my ip changes every time I reconnect. Will I get in trouble for using this? I just wanted to say that before I started doing a lot of offers and upgrading..

Also, my ip doesn't show up as in my state because of this as well.. Couldn't find the edit button... sorry for the double post

As long as no one else from your internet connection is a user on CashPirate, you will be fine. About your geographic location, As long as your IP doesn't show up as a well known proxy server, you should be fine.
