Offers Submit Buttons

I just did a offer and tried to click the submit button, but nothing happens. All the buttons are as if they are disabled or something, they don't click to anything. Please help. Thanks.

I don't have any troubles hitting the submit button, and it doesn't appear that other members do either as offers have been approving all day.
